..to paraphrase a famous Scottish group.

Actually today was 22 miles from Gretna to Lochmaben and I felt every one of those miles..

The walk itself was pretty straightforward along the B7020.  As you progress north the hills start coming in to view, it looked just like a patchwork quilt with the sun lighting up the landscape every now and then.

Very little rain today I'm glad to report.

Staying at a new camp site tonight and it's good - Halleath Caravan Park.
